Step 1:
Estimate the right height of your desk for your seated position (you will repeat this process for standing).
Step 2:
For five seconds, press and hold the number on your keypad you are assigning this height to.
Step 3:
The remote will beep and the display will show S-1, indicating that your position has been saved!
