 How to Solve the Problem of Low Pressure? 
 
 
The coffee grounds are too coarse. Please adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting.
There are not enough coffee grounds in the filter. Please add more coffee grounds, and make sure that the pressed coffee grounds reach the MAX line in the filter.
The coffee grounds are too loose. Please increase the amount of force applied when pressing down the coffee grounds with the tamper.
The coffee beans are under-baked or not fresh, please use fresh espresso coffee beans.
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Troubleshooting About the Grinder! 
 
 
If your grinder is running but no coffee ground is coming out, it may caused by the coffee distributor on grinder is clotted. Please clean the grinder and coffee distributor on grinder.
The coffee bean container is not installed properly or the grinder is not installed properly. Please reinstalling the coffee bean container and grinder. And please stir the coffee beans with your fingers, it will help the coffee beans fell into grinder.
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Troubleshooting About the Red Light On Grinder! 
 
 
The flashing red indicator of the grinder may indicate that the grinder is not properly installed.Please remove and reinstall the grinder correctly.
The coffee distributor is not fully inserted in the grinder. Please re-install the coffee distributor(the red triangular contact pin should pop out if the coffee distributor is fully inserted in the grinder).
The grinder's overheating protection may be triggered. Please unplugging the power cord, and restarting the machine.
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 How to Solve the Problem of High Pressure? 
 
 
The coffee grounds are too fine. Please adjust the grinder setting to a coarser setting.
There are too much coffee grounds in the filter. Please reduce the amount of coffee grounds used.
The coffee grounds are compressed too much. Please reduce the amount of force applied when pressing down the coffee grounds with the tamper.

 How to Set the Volume for 5700Gense? 
 
 
Press the single and double espresso buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The HOT WATER button will turn off and the single and double buttons will flash.
Press the single or double button to start setting the volume for single or double cup. The single or double button will flash while brewing.
To stop the extraction at the desired level, press the single or double button again, and then press the HOT WATER button.
